This bank won't even allow local business' to get change unless you have or open a new bank account with them. You're a bank. I'm giving you large bills in exchange for smaller bills.. And I'm a LOCAL business. The teller was very rude about it as well. If you are in Chester and need anything do not go to this bank go to the bank of America by ShopRite they are much more courteous and helpful there
