Unfortunately, this location had been struggling over the past few years. The wait time for your drink is often longer than it should be, slower than other locations. Cleanliness seems to be a challenge fir the staff. This can definitely be off putting. I've been frequenting this spot for almost 8 years and it keeps getting worse. Since they have a captive audience I don't think they care enough to make it better.

As a Starbucks loyalist...I have to say I only go here when I am absolutely desperate for a cold brew. I've given them numerous visits...but their service makes a tortoise look fast. Drives me INSANE how slow the service is...there is always a wait and staff doing other tasks (loading pastries, wiping counters) rather than making drinks. Super glad Dunkin' is across the street. C'mon Chester Starbucks...get a move on!
