Condescending , expensive and left multiple spots of my car unwashed.
Horrible! For their full platinum service I ended up with: dirty interior (they didn’t even vacuum the floor around the mats!), dirtier windows from their dirty cloths and marks all over from their dirty drying cloths. I can pay someone to buff them out but how often do you pay that much & your car ends up looking worse than when you went in?!
