Don't call and expect to speak to a human any time soon! I wanted to know how long the turnaround time would be to bind one report. After a very long time on hold listening to ads, a person took my question to find the answer. Again a long hold time, followed by an answer of 24 hours. One binding that takes about 10 minutes at most! Then I asked if they were printing Christmas cards and was disconnected. Obviously very low paid overworked labor at Staples in Chester. And probably everywhere. What a shame.
