-our venue was newly built when we first committed, it was initially 30 tables, finished result was we now needed 14 longer tables, which required less centerpieces from our original plan. Now with less centerpieces, she still tried to keep the total the same as when we had thought it was for 30 tables. She was aware that there could be changes throughout this whole process, when I asked her why is the total the same even with these new updates , she had the nerve to say "I AM NOT DROPPING 15 TABLES". Yes, capitalized just like that.

- final straw- we requested for a centerpiece sample months in advance which she kept avoiding and pushing it off to later and when we finally talked about it for a whole week, now that she finally "had time" to make one for us 30'days before our date. We are from the city so we drove 3 hours total to get this sample to only receive an email from her 30 min prior to meeting that she doesn't have the sample not can se meet us. Unacceptable. She has a team and if she is not able to make a sample, a team member should have, which really lead me to believe that her work is that bad and she was afraid to show us a sample.

If zero stars was an option that is what i would pick. Lack of communication including waiting days for a returned phone or email. Then I get blamed for not getting my order in for a quote. Not sure if its because they are busy but there is a sense of they are more important than the client. Cindy the owner uses her unprofessional employees to be rude and one even hung up on me. Then Cindy not knowing the full story stands behind her rude employee (which is fine) Just don't expect the clients to stay around either. I wanted to be able to give a better review like others but just wasn't the case. STAY AWAY..... MANY OTHER FLORIST THAT WILL APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS AND RESPECT YOU!!!

The best thing Cindy the owner did for us was cancel on our wedding 30 days prior to our wedding day. From the start of my wedding planning, I knew in my gut she was a huge mistake. The only reason why I even booked her was because she was referred to us by our venue, another mistake we made in our planning. Here are the red flags that all brides should take into consideration:

- Cindy does NOT own a flower shop, she rents a studio with cheesy tacky fake floral designs in the space and blown up wedding photos that were probably taken in the 90's. Right then I should've known to run.

Brides, don't waste your time with this fake florist. I have a classy taste and honestly, her work her below basic. Invest all that hard earned money into someone that is passionate and who is happy to carry out your vision. I ended up with Shu's Flower, she was able to save my wedding and went above and beyond with less than a month's notice. My review for her is on yelp with beautiful images of her work. I thank god everyday for Cindy cancelling on us.

to bounce off my ideas and visions with her. As a bride, you know we have lots of ideas and visions can change, and as a good florist you have to listen to these ideas and have suggestions if any. But nope, nothing from her. Every time I tried to get her on a call, she was "too busy" all up until the last month of our wedding, she was still too busy.

- Her contracts are not itemized properly, costs are all bunched up and added together to probably create confusion where she raises her prices without your knowledge. When calling her out on some price increases she made without telling us, she gave attitude and made rude remarks as if I was asking for something extra. I even had emails referring to her quoting a hair comb was complimentary, I showed her the email when she suddenly added the charge to the contract and she actually had the nerve to say "I've comped more than my share, this is final". A "final" contract that we never went over nor signed...

Thanks Cindy!

One star is one to many. I wish I could give her 0. We went to see her because she was recommended by our venue. First off she was very rude with us and didn't seem to listen. She quoted us a high price for nothing ( literally $10 for a mason jar with one or 2 flowers in it) and wouldn't lower the price because according to her mason jars are cheap. She wouldn't decorate the jars. She made a contract based on things I said I didn't want. When I called to ask her to change my boquet she litterally said ( that's to much work and no one does that why do you want something so outdated ) which I'm sorry but if I'm willing to pay and that's how I want it who cares if it's outdated the wedding is mine. Also her communication skills are terrible she doesn't answer calls takes weeks or months to call back and when she does she treats you like trash. She refused to provide samples. She was so rude and unprofessional and went as far as hanging up on my mom and saying she couldn't understand my moms accent ( my moms been speaking English for 25+ years ) and refused to meet with us for over 3 months and when the meeting day finally came we had to meet with her colleague because she was "unavailable " this is the worst business I've ever dealt with. Best decision I ever made was breaking the contract and hiring a different florist !

- her lack of communication as soon as she took our deposit was unsettling. I wasn't able

For whatever reason, some of the previous Floral Gallery reviews are terrible. Let me tell you, our flowers were absolutely STUNNING. I have never seen more perfect arrangements in my life. If you choose the Floral Gallery you will absolutely not regret it. If you are easy to work with, than the Floral Gallery will be also.

Extremely unprofessional. Be prepared to have them cancel on you last minute even after you ask repeatedly for a contract or deposit amount. It seems that others have had the same issue. I should have been warned by their reviews. The owner and her colleague will seem nice at first but they have no standard of service nor morality in providing services that they commit to providing. They also don't seem to have any level of regret for leaving brides with less than 2 months until their wedding with no option. They should be ashamed of how they run their business and I would warn people from using them for their big event if they are looking for someone to loyally and responsibly provide services.
