Let is be clear that used these guys for close to 10 years... But bad staff kills a company!
I would give them no stars if it was an option. We hired them to clean our pool weekly, because my husband unfortunately doesn't have the time to do it himself. I feel like I'm being robbed by this company at this point. We just got another weekly bill for nearly $200, and I just went out there to discover a dirty pool with 4 live frogs and 1 dead one. It says they have to come back again, so that means we are looking at probably $250-300 this week alone. There is NO REASON we should be paying nearly $1k a month to have them clean a pool. I feel like every couple of days we get a note in our mailbox saying - Hey, we just stole another couple of hundred dollars from you. SHAME ON YOU PLEASANT POOLS. Warning, stay far, far away from this company.
Extremely easy to work with. Completed all work as asked. Continually supported the work they did provide within 24 hours. Very friendly and prompt service.
This is NOW a terrible pool company. The staff has changed significantly and the service is horrible and dishonest to say the least. After several months of service this year, and a couple of thousand dollars in charges, I had to fire them for not being able to correctly open and service the pool. I took it upon myself to service the pool, and found the filter had not been cleaned... Several wall plugs were stuck in the filter.... wall plugs were still on the pool walls... the chlorination unit was not working, clogged with scale. I'm surprised that some of the equipment did not get damaged. It is July 15th, and finally the pool is usable. The company has no sense of ownership and accountability. Their focus seems to be to rack up hours on service, regardless of whether the work is completed satisfactorily. Their customer support is arrogant and shows little respect towards the customer. There is a take it or leave attitude!
Though there are several pool stores in the area, this is the one that I use exclusively now for all my chemicals, repair parts, and general assistance. They are always friendly and helpful, and their prices are lower than all the other stores in the area.
