Awful!! impersonal, dismissive, all about the dollar sign and keeping their ratings up with the insurance company by having quick turnover wether the patient is ready to move on or not.
2nd visit was with a new therapist and she was gentle, through and fully engaged.
My 3rd visit was with original therapist. She had no clue on what to do to help me without hurting me.
The therapist 1st visit was very impersonal and quick.
A bit dated but the helpful staff has assisted with multiple injuries to family and friends.
How do they allow such poor treatment to the unsuspecting public?
My uncle was here & they lied about his rehabilitation status because they have little or no experience with transplant patients.... They played pass the buck after they were paid by insurance, he ended up in two more rehabs just to walk again.
Hate to complain about a place with a good reputation...But I had a bad experience there.
She did this seeing the range of motion of my ankle...
I would also like to add that the rehab room was filthy and smelled like death. I begged her to open a window. I wanted to leave as soon as I go there and regret that I did not.
Really great facility! I am an EMT and was dropping off a patient here. The room was clean and beds made before we transferred the patient. The staff was super nice and friendly I actually looked at my partner in shock since i'm not used to such nice facilities haha. Not sure why reviews are low, I think it's a wonderful facility!:)
I cancelled subsequent visits and have a knot on my calf where she deep tissue pressured me enough to make me leg hurt a week later.
I went for physical therapy on injured right ankle from fall.
