My girlfriend (soon to be fiance) and I went to Corbo Jewelers to look at engagement rings. Cathy, the manager, was very knowledgable and helpful in assisting us to find the perfect ring. She helped us pick the perfect setting that would look beautiful on her finger and the gemologist, Richard, helped to explain the different cuts and clarity of the stones for us to make the perfect decision on what to choose. In addition to a great selection of engagement/wedding rings, they also have beautiful jewelry and watches. They take alot of pride in their store and truly want to make their customers experience an exciting one, that they will remember forever. Overall, great selection, great service and great experience. Will definitely be returning for future purchases.
all i know is i followed my mom there. she got some ruby trinket. my watch was broken. they fixed my watch for free.

I was very surprised at how negatively I was treated in this shop. They had successfully repaired some jewelry for me in the past, and one item needed to be fixed again, so I brought a few more inexpensive but treasured pieces. The woman who "helped" me suggested the items were not worthy of the shop's attention, seeing as how this master jeweler works on diamonds and gold, and my pieces were not. I was willing to pay, probably more than necessary, to have them repaired but the condescending and rude way I was addressed was unacceptable. I took the pieces across the street to Trezar and not only were they kind, but supportive and helpful. I'll never go back to Corbo - even when I am in the market for jewelry that they consider worthy of their attention.
