The entire job was completed in 48 hours, it was remarkable, and Rob sent me pictures along the way to keep me involved. They were clean, professional, and they worked hard. Our neighbors across the street had a bird's eye view and told me they were impressed with the team and how efficiently everything was done. Rob came in right under his estimate with the cost so there were no surprises after the fact with regards to the bill. The work comes with a warranty on both worksmanship and materials, which gives us tremendous piece of mind over the decades to come.
Couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Rob Muller and RBM roofing. We had mold in the sheathing of our attic due predominantly to poor ventilation (lack of soffit vents) and some degree of leakage through a roof that was only 10 years old. We are first time homeowners and didn't realize the extent of the problem when we first moved in. We also have a 10 month old daughter so mold was a huge concern. I had three different roofing companies come to the house to assess the situation and while they all reached the same conclusion (i.e. we needed a new roof), Rob really went out of his way to take the appropriate amount of time to explain everything to me after going both up into the attic and getting on the roof. His estimate was fair given the amount of work required (remove all old insulation/flooring, fungicide for the roof deck, create soffit vents, and install new roof) and within 10 days Rob and his team were at the house.

He had nothing to gain by doing that as RBM doesn't install insulation, but he did it anyway. Rob and his team are professionals and I recommend them highly. It's a huge relief to know I have a trustworthy "roof guy" now anytime I might need him.
