A very good friend of mine went there recently to purchase shoes. They did not have the color she wanted however she bought a pair anyway. She decided to bring them back after all and the owner told her she was "disgusting"! If find that horrible unprofessional and very very crude. I own a business in chester and will NEVER RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE
