If there's a better Vet or better all round Vet practice than what Dr. Tack has accomplished here, I have yet to see it. I have personally seen countless instances where he and his skilled team have gone above and beyond what you would normally expect. Caring and compassion can be sadly lacking in many parts of our national discourse today. Thankfully, Dr. Tack continues to demonstrate these core values daily while always showing his priority remains steadfast in support of the animals under his care and the families that love them.
Dr.Tac and his staff are very professional and extremely friendly. I could not believe how accommodating they were and how much they went out of their way for me. I highly recommend black river vet hospital.
I have been seeing veterinarians in multiple countries for over 50 years for everything from livestock to birds... And I have never been to a better clinic in my entire life... or even one that's in the same ballpark. And this includes every single person that works here from the amazing team that works at the front desk to the outstanding assistants and, of course, the best in class veterinarians. One word: wow!
I have found the doctors and staff here at Black River to go above and beyond in care, kindness and compassion when it comes to caring for your fur kids. You never feel rushed, neglected or ignored by any of them...they always give the time that is needed to find out what the problem is and the best way to address it. I have had many fur kids over the years and have never felt as comfortable as I do bringing them here to be cared for. I would like to say thank you for all you have done in helping me get through some really bad times....it comes from my heart and is much appreciated.
Friendly staff, knowledgable vets and a facility that looks like a spa. Even after months of puppy shots, my pup still loves going. I wish I had medical offices available for me like this.
