with what I did need. Then this is were it was wrong about it was told it took so long I needed it to do it over cause they only give so much time. was never said or I didn't hear it?? So called head office they sent a from out I did the same thing but this x I was call or a letter send to me. So I stop in again. They said I need a letter now from S.S. watch it gave. To then my very 1st time. Then went back the lady, would not let me talk to my case worker I would I too get another one .but never gave me a another case worker. Because of this I have to wait for next year to get help with insurance I was not asking for food or money just help with insurance. So they say there to help but WHAT THEY NEED IS SOMEONE THAT'S GOOD AT GIVEN HELP TO PEOPLE HELP.
YOU HAVE A PAID A CHECK COMING IN IF IT WASN'T FOR THE NOT SO LUCKY YOU WOULD NOT HAVE YOUR JOB.
I can never get anyone on the phone and when I did the man was very rude and talking over me. He said he was having trouble hearing me and when I was trying to talk louder for him he said I was yelling at him and if I dint stop he will hag up on me. I told home I only wanted the fax number and he hung up. I then called back and spoke to a woman and told her what happened and wanted to walk to a manager and she said they can not get someone for me and she hung up. I'm very upset and unhappy with this office and its so hard to get someone on the phone. Well I still need assistants.
They are impossible to reach on the phone; literally, impossible. The only way to get a hold of anyone here is to venture into Chester, the most dangerous city in Pennsylvania.
